The next evolution of sport massage tools: the rounded edges of a massage ball with the stability of a yoga block, without the weight. 
Possibly the most portable, effective, on-demand self-massage tool you can get.

Full body use for big and small areas for on-demand relief of tight, tense muscles. It's 3.5" x 4.5" x 7.5" size provides maximum versatility and adjustable intensity compared to it's little brother.

  • use flat for more diffuse pressure or for large muscle groups: quads, hamstrings, back, abs, delts, pecs, neck, IT bands
  • flip it up or set upright (tall) for more intense pressure or narrower muscle groups: biceps, triceps, glutes, hip flexors, QL, piriformis, side of neck, psoas, plantar fascia
  • use the rounded edge for targeted pressure or small areas: TFL, bridge of nose, cheekbones, collarbones, specific vertebrae in the neck

About the large un(Block)

  • BETTER THAN ANY BALL OR FOAM ROLLER: offers the stability of a flat surface with rounded edges to match curves in the body. Used flat, it offers broad pressure. Used upright, it offers similar pressure to a forearm or palm of hand. Use the rounded edges for targeted pressure or trigger point work. The (un)Block has just enough grip to be able to anchor tissues and drag or twist, creating a shear effect in different vectors. The foam grip reduces risk of slipping and un(Block) isn't rolling away anytime soon.
  • ULTRA VERSATILE: un(Block) can be used one at a time, just like a foam roller or massage ball. Even better, get multiples to use in tandem to target several tissue groups at the same time without compromising stability or safety. Use on the floor or against a wall. More recovery, less time.

It has just enough firmness to be used as a hurts-so-good massage tool and just enough give to do deeper, slower fascia release and passive recovery work without excessive pain or bracing. These (un)blocks gently but firmly remind your body where it's optimal positioning should be. The increase in blood flow to that area is a game-changer.

Great for travel in car or plane!

I take these with me traveling! Never have any issues with TSA and I always feel so much better having used them during travel so I can move freely when I reach my destinations!

Love the blocks!

Especially helpful when my back is in spasm. I lie on it and the pain goes away! Much better than a ball, which I have used in the past.

Mind, body and spirit workout!

When I was first introduced to the blocking method I was open minded enough to try, but with the inevitable "we will see...." that accompanies testing new things.

Whatever .misgivings I had were quickly dispelled after the first session. These are simply an incredible method of relaxation, meditation and body connection rolled into one. It is like doing breathwork or chigung, only more focused and driven.

As a loving martial arts practioner and teacher these have become n invaluable part of my daily practice
