HOLIDAY RETURNS

For purchases made between November 1 and Dec 24th, we're offering an extended return window.

Return shipping is at your expense.

Returns must be postmarked by January 24th, 2026 to be eligible for a refund.

REGULAR RETURNS - A TWO WEEK PREVIEW

No different than pillows, you lie on the (un)Blocks. However, pillows are not returnable once opened. We sanitize each (un)Block with a hospital-grade wipe after each and every class. Good hygiene for the win. 

We offer 15 day returns less a $10 sanitizing fee so we can give them a thorough vacuum before hydrogen peroxide bath to get into the pores for a super deep clean.

Why not longer? The longer you have them, the more potential for germs and skin cells to work their way into the pores of the foam. 

Try them for 7 days, and if you're not getting results with them, reach out for support. Give it another 7 days then if you're still not in your groove, use day 15 to get'em in the mail back to us.

As we can't know if or how often they were cleaned, we think we can agree that it is in everyone’s best interest that we don’t accept product returns after 15 days from the time you receive them. Zero exceptions. 

Something happened in transit? Damaged or defective product may be exchanged at no cost to you.
