All of our products and services are designed to reduce the effects of physical and mental stress on your body. Used correctly, they work with your nervous system to let stored tension release.

unwind at MaybeItsFate group class is 10am on September 21st

7am - 3pm classes will be release + rebuild (isometrics) with an unstoppable vibe.
4pm onwards will be release with an unwind vibe to let the day go.

GROUP CLASSES

unwind

(un)Block is the product - the evolution of the massage ball, our versatile firm foam blocks have rounded edges for full-body use

unwind is how we use it - the next best thing to a massage, unwind is a guided self-bodywork class to unblock muscular and mental tension. Classes use four (un)Blocks at a time, using only your body weight to release stuck tissues. unbound classes reclaim movement and strength after the release.

1:1 SESSIONS

Melanie Love offers 1:1 neuromuscular release sessions for those parts just not responding. They're stuck on (or off), not strengthening.

Love is a certified Block Therapy Instructor, trained in a neuro-muscular technique and studying nervous system responses and tools to help Type A people slow down to speed up.
