Use your own body weight to create just enough pressure between your body and the (un)Blocks. When the pressure is released, fresh blood and oxygen sweeps in to promote healing and renew your fascia (your largest system and it's *regenerative*!).

The unwind method uses our (un)Blocks - a yoga block meets massage ball - release stuck, tight tissues in a new way. Each setup is led with imagery. No thinking or decision fatigue, just sinking into support.
Unwind offers deep release without the cringe, working with your nervous system to relax and restore your tight muscles so you leave feeling looser and lighter.

Third Sunday of the month. 9:30am so you can make brunch at 11am feeling soooo good.

Block Therapy-style private classes are offered using Block Therapy wood block buddy and block baby, one or two blocks at a time.
More intense materials = more intense experience.
