bodyweight fascia release instruction

professional track - four sessions

why take it?
These courses teach you the biomechanics why myofascial release works: the science of thixotropy, the role of the nervous system in tissue response, and why pain-free pressure shouldn't be a preference but a new standard of care. This framework informs every session you do after this one.

what is it?
Hands-on professional development for massage therapists and physical therapists. Participants leave with protocols they've practiced on themselves, not watched on a screen.

Each session is independent - attend one or all four.
