My osteopath looped a kettle bell through luggage strap, then draped it diagonally across my body.

The dreaded lacrosse ball would tuck under the top of the strap to put elbow-like pressure on my upper shoulders and base of my neck (side, front).

It was VERY intense and extremely painful so my body wouldn't relax. I'd have bruises and a bigger headache to show for my efforts.
