Men don't tend to do this practice. Either it seems too much like yoga, or they think it sounds too easy. I picked the biggest baddie I know to do my Block Therapy Instructor certification demo.
Sifu Jay Cooper kindly agreed. He's a 5x black belt, former law enforcment officer who teaches martial arts, boxing, and wrestling. He asked what's involved, so I told him: over the course of an hour, we're going to lie on hard, rounded blocks and breathe for about 3 minutes in each position.
