A guided self-bodywork session for muscular and mental tension. Perfect for in-between massages or PT.
You get to lie down for 50 minutes, using your body weight to release stuck tissues and fascia. You are guided into each position with imagery to reduce mental chatter.
I sneak in nervous system regulation and invite heart-brain coherence so your body can sink deeply into calm without fighting back.
