I guide you in an in-studio session. Bring your own blocks or borrow from my class set.
I offer my own unwind practice using foam blocks I developed. We use four blocks at a time. More areas covered in less time.
I also offer Block Therapy-style classes using their wood blocks, one or two at a time. More intense materials = more intense releasing.
What's better than being in a little pain? Having other people be in pain right beside you. Very satisfying to know you're not the only one.

An issue-specific event with 1-2 sesssions of 90 minutes each.
The issue might be a physical one (e.g. countering the desk slump posture) or a mental/mindset one (e.g. body acceptance/appreciation) or a combination of both.
