An issue-specific Unwind class event with 1-2 sesssions of 90 minutes each.
The targeted session might be:
physical (e.g. countering the desk slump upper back and neck issues), activity focused (e.g. for runners, golfers, squat form), or mental/mindset focused (e.g. body acceptance/appreciation).
A 30 to 90 minute class tailored to your needs with the time you have available. Single or couples only, please.
I also offer Block Therapy-style classes using their wood blocks, one or two at a time. More intense materials = more intense experience.
